Gwenpool, also known as Gwen Poole, is a Marvel Comics character who originated from a variant cover for "Deadpool's Secret Secret Wars" #2 in June 2015. However, she is not a version of Gwen Stacy or related to Deadpool.
Gwen Poole is originally from the "real world" and somehow found herself transported into the Marvel Universe. Aware that she is in a comic book world, she utilizes her knowledge of comic book tropes and character histories to her advantage, often breaking the fourth wall.
